We had a great experience here shopping for two kids and two adults! Vanessa was super helpful as we tried to figure out sizing for the little ones (their first Birks) and running back and forth for different styles. They had so many styles in stock and as someone who wears Birks almost constantly, I'm so excited to have a dedicated Birk store nearby. Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I stopped in to look at winter styles and were greeted by Kevin immediately. Our experience at this store was so wonderful, it felt like Kevin was our personal shopper and his attention to detail and knowledge made it very easy to decide on a new pair of birks. I usually shop Nordstrom, but can’t see going anywhere else except the Naperville Birkenstock store moving forward. Thanks Kevin!

The Birkenstock store in Naperville is one of my favorite spots for footwear—hands down. The selection is fantastic, and everything is organized in a way that makes it easy to try different styles and fits without feeling rushed. What really makes this place great, though, is the staff. They’re genuinely friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the different footbeds, materials, and support levels. They take the time to help you figure out what actually works for your feet instead of just pushing a sale. You can tell they care about making sure you walk out with the right pair, and that level of service makes a huge difference when you’re buying something you’re going to wear daily. The quality of the footwear speaks for itself, but the service here elevates the entire experience. If you’re in the market for comfortable, durable shoes—this is absolutely the place to go. Five stars without question.

Ive never owned a pair of birkenstocks, but wanted to finally check them out. This newly opened store is in a wonderful location and super easy to find. One of their store associates, Vanessa assisted me and she was amazing! As soon as I told her I knew nothing about the brand, she asked me a ton of great questions to narrow down what would be best for me. When she noticed the size I selected for myself didn’t fit well, she took the initiative to grab another. I received tons of information on how to care for them, wear them in, etc. It was such a lovely experience for my first time exploring birks. Thanks so much and can’t wait to be back!
